At KISA, we have successfully completed the production of a high-capacity dewatering bucket wheel with a remarkable diameter of 8 meters and a throughput of 500 tons per hour.

The entire system was engineered and manufactured at our facility in Kamp-Lintfort, Germany, demonstrating our commitment to delivering robust and efficient solutions tailored to demanding operational needs. The machine has been delivered to our long-term partner, PHOENIX Process Equipment, who will carry out the final assembly and commissioning on site in the United States.

This project marks an important step in our continued collaboration and reflects KISA’s expertise in designing and building customized equipment for wet processing applications on a global scale.
