In one of our recent projects, we were faced with a particular challenge: limited available space on site for shaft replacement and installation. Conventional one-piece shafts could not be installed under these spatial constraints. To address this, our engineering team developed a custom-designed, split-shaft solution.

The shafts were divided into two precisely engineered sections, designed to be assembled seamlessly on site. This solution allows the customer to easily position each shaft segment within the machine despite the restricted space, and then connect them securely to form a fully functional shaft.

This engineered design significantly simplifies installation, minimizes downtime, and ensures the same mechanical strength and operational reliability as a conventional one-piece shaft. The result is a solution that combines technical excellence, installation efficiency, and long-term operational safety.
